PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship via USPS with tracking on every order. Standard domestic delivery typically arrives within 2–7 business days after shipping, depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Local personal delivery is available for customers in the San Diego area — reach out at Info@shesinminks.com to arrange.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every order ships with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. You can also track your order anytime using the Track Your Order link in our menu.

DELAYS
While we ship quickly, packages may occasionally face delays beyond our control, such as carrier or weather delays. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, email us at Info@shesinminks.com and we'll help.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping.
