What comes in the Sweet Spot Collection?
21 pairs of handcrafted mink lashes in a hard case with a mirror lid. Seven styles in each of three weights, every pair seated in its own compartment. See all 21 styles.
Can I buy a single pair?
No. All 21 ship together in the one case. That is the whole idea of it: a different face for every room you walk into, without buying 21 separate pairs at 21 separate prices.
Is lash adhesive included?
No. The case holds lashes only. Use any quality oil free lash adhesive. If your eyes run sensitive, choose a latex free formula and patch test it on your inner arm before it goes near your lash line.
How do I know which style to wear?
The case is grouped into three weights. Soft Girl for class, work, and soft glam. Everyday Luxury for dinner, a date, homecoming. Main Character Energy for prom, New Year's Eve, the wedding. There is also a finder on the home page that picks one for you in three taps.
Wearing them
How many times can I wear one pair?
25 times or more with proper care. Keep them dry, do not sleep in them, clear the adhesive off the band after each wear, and store them back in their tray. The lash care guide is the whole difference between 5 wears and 25.
Can I sleep in them?
No. Side sleeping flattens the band on one side for good, and the adhesive drags on your natural lashes all night.
Can they get wet?
No. Water dissolves lash adhesive and warps the band. No swimming, no shower, no steam.
Will they work on hooded or monolid eyes?
Yes. Measure the band against your own lash line and trim from the outer edge before you apply. For hooded eyes the Soft Girl and Everyday Luxury weights sit best, because a very long band catches on the lid.
Are they safe for sensitive eyes?
The lash itself is mink hair on a cotton band. Nearly every reaction people have to false lashes is to the adhesive, not the lash. If you know you react, use a latex free adhesive and patch test it on your inner arm first.
Do you make bottom lashes?
Not currently. Every style in the case is made for the upper lash line. Never apply a strip under the lower lash line.
Orders and shipping
When will I get my lashes?
We pack within 3 business days, and USPS takes 4 to 7 business days from there. Call it 7 to 10 business days door to door inside the United States. Full detail on the shipping page.
Is shipping free?
Free on orders over $40 inside the United States. Under that, the rate is calculated at checkout from your address.
Where is my order?
Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email, which lands in spam more often than not. You can also check the Track Your Order page with your order number. If tracking has not moved in several days, email us and we will chase it.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes, worldwide. Most international orders arrive in 7 to 14 business days, and faster service is available at checkout. Duties and import taxes are set by your country and are the customer's responsibility.
Can I return them?
No. All sales are final on every order, opened or unopened, because lashes sit against the eye. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, that is a different thing and we replace it. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. See returns.
